Multi-national customers can now locally accept payments in a greater number of markets through a single relationship with Ogone
Ogone payment services today announces it has signed relationships with an additional range of leading international banks and enhanced the functionality of its payments platform in order to reduce complexity for its multi-national customer base.
Agreements have been reached with Transbank of Chile allowing Ogone customers to trade in the local Chilean currency, the Peso. In addition, deals have been signed with ANZ, the leading bank in New Zealand, Standard Bank of South Africa and UOB (United Overseas Bank), a leading institution in the Pan-Asia region.
The new relationships mean multi-national businesses can now locally accept payments from Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Diners Club in those markets through their single connection to Ogone’s payment platform. Ogone currently supports over 28,000 customers across 40 countries.
To supplement its enhanced market coverage Ogone has also released updates to its platform which include the ability to process payments in Arabic. The Ogone payment page is now available in 19 languages including; Arabic, Danish, Dutch, English, Flemish, French, German, Italia, Japanese, Norwegian, Polish, Portuguese, Russian, Spanish, Swedish, Turkish.

Ogone has now established over 200 connections to banks and acquirers providing enhanced choice to its customers as well as offering the ability to accept payments using over 45 different payment methods. Ogone’s payments platform is now operational in 20 different languages.
